Hatha yoga 11am

A slower paced practice that is all about balancing polarities within and connecting to the healing energy of the elements - fire, earth, air, water, ether, movement and stillness, sun and moon, challenge and sweetness - to leave one feeling whole, balanced, steady, and easeful. We will begin with a seated meditation and breath work to cultivate mindfulness and presence of mind, body, spirit, explore a moving meditation, and close with seated meditation and the accompaniment of a tambura.

Opt. Hands on adjustments and assists and lavender essential oil spray 

Ecstatic dance yoga circle 12:30pm

This class is designed to inspire free, joyful movement from a place of curiosity and zero judgment. In this authentic moving meditation, we allow our inner self and body to be our greatest teachers. Expect a warmup with guided movements leading to a yoga flow intermixed with dance/rhythmic movements, and a few songs towards the end in which we are all free to bravely explore authentic dance from our own guidance. We will have time at the end to sit together in circle and share our experiences if desired. The goal of this class is to unite you with yourself, the present moment, and the ecstasy of movement and connection! 

Restorative yoga & song bath 2pm

A yoga session created for ultimate relaxation and surrender. You will be guided into restorative postures that can be held for upwards of 1-4 minutes while you are offered soothing hands on adjustments for relaxation, release, and surrender. We will ensure ample time for savasana, in which you will be offered a song bath of Sanskrit chants invoking abundance, resilience, peace, and joy with the instrumental accompaniment of a tambura.

  • Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It involves applying firm pressure to break down adhesions, knots and tension in these areas. The pressure applied during deep tissue massage helps to increase blood flow to the muscles, which can promote healing and reduce inflammation.

  • Sports massage is a specialized therapy designed for athletes and active individuals. It focuses on addressing muscle tension, pain, and injuries related to sports activities. The purpose is to improve flexibility and range of motion, reduce muscle soreness and pain, promote recovery from injuries, prevent future injuries and enhance athletic performance.

  • Relaxation massage uses slow, flowing strokes that calm the nervous system and ease tension in the muscles. This type of massage is a great choice if you’ve never had a massage before. It is also great for anyone who isn’t experiencing acute or chronic pain in their body and simply desires a reduction in common day to day stress.

  • Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique that eases pain by increasing blood flow to relieve muscle tension and promote healing by drawing out stagnant fluids and toxins. Cups are placed on the skin and a vacuum is created. The suction is believed to draw more blood to the area, which can help deliver nutrients and oxygen to the tissues, promoting healing and reducing pain.

40-minute Custom Facial $150

  • Enjoy a 40 minute Customized Facial to include, Microdermabrasion ( Mechanical method of exfoliating skin) with infusion of lustrous serums, mask (according to your skin concerns), All while still providing you with a relaxing atmosphere.

60-minute Bowen Therapy Session $150

  • Bowenwork/Bowen Therapy utilizes light touch, cross fiber loading and rolling of soft tissue at specific points along the length of the body from neck to feet.   This rolling action across the muscle bodies stimulates the body’s neurological response within the tissues (muscle/fascia) sending signals to the tissues to release any sustained muscle spasms within the muscle and return to proper alignment the skeleton within the tissues.  

    Bowenwork encompasses the “less is more” approach to tissue manipulation.  It is non-invasive.  There is no rubbing, no lotion used and no skeletal adjustments done.  Bowenwork is not massage or chiropractic, it is not Reiki. Bowen is a stand-alone, intentional healing modality like these mentioned, fully hands on.  The client is comfortably clothed during the session (sweats, yoga attire).

    I combine Bowen technique with craniosacral technique (Craniosacral Therapy) to integrate the neuromuscular balancing to the psyche in the body, finishing every Bowen session with a deeply relaxing neuro-unwinding that the client can feel and have awareness of and relax into,  as the Bowen “moves” set and establish inner balance, calm and deeper healing (still point).”
